Mr George Lowe of West Green,
the received appointed in respect of the property lately occupied by you in
Abbotsford Avenue informs us that he gave you due notice of increase of rent as
such Receiver, and he reported the fact to us as Solicitors acting for the
Mortgagee – He also informs us that up to the present he has been unable to
obtain payment from you of the rent due on the 24th June – we has
therefore instructed him to obtain payment of this immediately and unless the
sum is paid we shall have no alternative but to bring the matter before the
notice of the Commissioners of Customs.
